This document sets out all the conditions, rights, and responsibilities for using the bk99c platform. Please read it in full before opening an account.

General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the bk99c platform and its user ("you" or "member"). By accessing the bk99c website or mobile version, opening an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

These Terms are written in English and apply to users in Bangladesh. If you do not understand or do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

Important: This platform is operated for entertainment purposes only. Online gaming carries financial risk. Do not wager more than you can afford to lose.

bk99c reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time for reasonable cause. Continued use of the platform after any changes means you have accepted the updated Terms.

Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account on bk99c. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. If any inconsistency is found during age verification, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds will not be refunded.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person, household address, phone number, or payment method. If multiple accounts are found, both accounts will be cancelled and all associated bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

2.3 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when opening an account. If registration is completed with false information, bk99c reserves the right to cancel the account and void all transactions.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

bk99c carries out identity verification as part of operating a safe and reliable platform. Members may be asked to provide proof of identity, proof of address, or proof of payment method before a withdrawal is processed or at any other stage.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. This information must not be shared with any third party.

  • It is recommended that your password be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.
  • If you log in on a public or shared device, you must log out at the end of your session.
  • If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately via live chat or email.
  • Using another person's account or transferring an account is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account, unless you have notified us in time that the account has been compromised.

Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bk99c is ৳200. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods:

  • bKash
  • Nagad
  • Rocket
  • Upay
  • Bank transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

Only use a payment method registered in your own name. Transactions through third parties are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

Note: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. If the withdrawal amount exceeds the total amount deposited, it may be split across multiple methods.

4.3 Currency & Conversion

All balances, bonuses, and winnings are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bk99c does not charge any currency conversion fee, however fees from your bank or mobile banking provider may apply.

Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bk99c offers new members a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳1,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus amount. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not the combined deposit and bonus.

Please note: Bonus offers are available for a limited time. If wagering requirements are not met before the expiry date, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Abuse of the bonus system — such as using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, attempting to meet requirements through low-risk bets, or any other fraudulent method — will result in account cancellation and forfeiture of all winnings.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Policy

The bk99c platform offers cricket betting, live casino, slots, fishing games, and other games. Each game category is subject to its own rules.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game or market has a set minimum and maximum bet amount, which is displayed in the game interface. The system will not accept a bet outside the defined limits.

6.3 Cricket & Sports Betting

Markets and odds in the sports betting section are subject to change. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless there is a technical error or the event is cancelled. If an event is cancelled, the original stake will be refunded.

6.4 Result Disputes

If a dispute arises regarding a game result, bk99c's server logs will be treated as the final proof. If a technical fault causes an irregular result, bk99c reserves the right to void the bet and refund the original stake.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bk99c platform:

  • Playing on behalf of minors or through their accounts.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or transferring funds obtained illegally.
  • Placing bets using software bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence.
  • Hacking or cracking the system or game provider software.
  • Using another member's account or collecting their information.
  • Match fixing or exerting improper influence over sporting events.
  • Deliberately exploiting game errors or bugs.
  • Harassing, threatening, or behaving inappropriately towards other members.
Consequences: Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

Responsible Gaming

bk99c believes that gaming should be for entertainment purposes only. We encourage members to play responsibly.

  • Set a limit on your betting and stick to it.
  • Gaming should never put your personal or family financial security at risk.
  • Avoid playing under the influence of alcohol or other substances.

Privacy & Data Protection

Your information will not be shared with third parties unless legally required or necessary for fraud prevention.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bk99c platform — logos, graphics, software, text, design, and other elements — is the intellectual property of bk99c or its licensors. These materials may not be used, reproduced, distributed, or modified for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without written permission.

Content and trademarks belonging to game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, and Spribe) are the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

The bk99c platform operates in accordance with fair play principles and aims to ensure a fair gaming environment. However, bk99c is not liable for the following:

  • A game being interrupted mid-session due to internet disconnection or device issues.
  • Loss resulting from misuse of your account, if you did not notify us in time.
  • Service interruptions caused by technical faults or force majeure (circumstances beyond our control).
  • Delays or issues with third-party payment methods.

bk99c's total liability shall in no circumstances exceed the value of the transaction in question.

Account Closure & Suspension

12.1 Closure at Member's Request

You may request to close your account at any time via live chat or email. Any balance with unmet bonus conditions may be forfeited before closure.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by bk99c

bk99c may suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any clause in these Terms.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
  • Failure to complete identity verification or provision of false information.
  • An order from a court or law enforcement authority.

Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, please contact our support team in the first instance. We will endeavour to provide a resolution within 7 business days.

If the support team is unable to resolve the matter or the member is not satisfied with the outcome, the issue will be escalated to bk99c management. All disputes are handled through a fair and transparent process.

Server logs, transaction records, and other technical evidence will be treated as the final proof in dispute resolution.

Changes to Terms

bk99c reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their account or registered email.

If you continue to use the platform after any changes, it will be assumed that you have accepted the updated Terms. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on this page.
